Since 2003, the Tara Ocean Foundation, the first public interest foundation in France dedicated to the Ocean, has been conducting scientific expeditions to study marine biodiversity as well as observe and anticipate the impacts of climate change and pollution.
Thanks to its Special Observer Status at the UN, it actively participates in crucial decisions for the Ocean.
For 20 years, the Tara Ocean Foundation has brought together a collective of scientists, sailors, and artists from around the world committed to a better understanding and protection of the Ocean.
