Arianna was born in Pesaro, ltaly in 1995. ln 2020, she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Urbino (ltaly). She has participated in various artistic residencies, exhibitions, and projects in ltaly and abroad. She has received awards and special mentions in national and international prizes. Her research focuses on that sample of landscape that does not appear at the observer’s first glance. She takes care of that landscape with the aim of attempting a form of survival. She presents a landscape, inspired by this testimony.

‘Going deep’ means thoroughly investigating something in order to understand its unfolding nature, by clarifying the obscure and confusing aspects and eliminating false appearances. When the water is murky, we are unable to see the seafloor, so we are denied the most extreme part of the sea, the most intimate part, perhaps its soul.
I am interested in the morphological, narrative, anthropological aspect of the sea, an ecosystem-generating resource. I would like to analyze the biotope, through observation, drawing, notes, photographic documentation, of what is presented to me and what is hidden. I would like to experience through my body the space that is the sea; studying its components, its behaviour, what lies beneath its waters, trying to understand its depths by bringing my own depths to the surface.
